This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and part of, the Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Site in general.
This Privacy Policy covers the Personal Information you provide to us on or through the Site, with the exception of Submitted Materials (as defined in the Terms and Conditions ), the treatment and confidentiality of which is set forth in Section 3 of the Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party Web sites that may be accessible through the Site. Please be aware that we have no control over such Web sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of those third parties to learn how they may collect and use information about you.
UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We collect your Personal Information, for example:
· When you register as a Customer on the Site (We create an account for you on the Site, with an account profile containing your contact information and other Personal Information that you have provided to us, which account profile you may access and update by logging into your account on the Site and visiting the “My Account” page.);

We may also obtain information about you through your use of the Site in general and from third party sources.
Personal Information you provide
The Site may request and collect certain Personal Information from you through various means such as online forms and interactive features on the Site, e-mail correspondence, questions, surveys, comments and other transactions and communications to or through the Site.
Technical information
When you visit the Site, we may collect technical information that does not, by itself, identify you by name. This information may include your IP (Internet Protocol) address, the address (or "URL") of the Web site that you came from before visiting the Site, which pages you visit on the Site, which browser, software and settings you used to view the Site, the ads you see and/or click on, and any search terms you have entered on the Site. This technical data is used to measure and improve the effectiveness of the Site, to improve our Services and/or tailor your experience, to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer the Site, to see where Site traffic is coming from and to identify our users. We may also collect other non-personally identifiable information via the Site, such as Site usage activity, preferences, annual income and age, also known as demographic or profile data. We may combine the data described in this paragraph with your Personal Information.
DO WE USE COOKIES OR WEB BUGS?
We may use "cookies" and “web bugs” (described in more detail below) in the Site or in our communications with you to enhance the functionality and features of the Site in general, to verify your viewing and/or receipt of communications, to keep (and sometimes track) information about you, and to make your transactions and other activities more convenient and efficient. We use cookies, for example, to remember user preferences or minimize the need for you to re-enter information.
Cookies
A “cookie” is a small data file that a Web site may send to your browser and that your browser may then store on your system. Cookies track where you travel on the Site and what you look at, transact and purchase and we may use them to deliver specific messages to you. We may use session cookies, for example, to simulate a continuous connection - cookies let us “remember” information about your preferences and passwords and allow you to move within the Site without reintroducing yourself. A cookie may enable us to relate your use of the Site to other information about you, including your Personal Information.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually refuse cookies, or selectively accept cookies, by adjusting the preferences in your browser. If you refuse cookies, there may be some features of the Site that will not be available to you and some Web pages may not display or function properly.
Web Bugs
We may use web bus (aka “Web beacons” or “pixel tags”) or similar technologies in the Site and/or in communications with you to enable us to evaluate Site usage information about visitors to the Site, upgrade visitor information, and know whether you have visited a Web page or received a message. A “web bug” is typically a one-pixel, transparent image (although it can be a visible image as well), located on a Web page or in an e-mail, which is retrieved from a remote site on the Internet enabling the verification of an individual’s viewing or receipt of a Web page or e-mail message. A web bug may enable us to relate your viewing or receipt of a Web page or other message to other information about you, including your Personal Information.
OPT IN AND OPT OUT RIGHTS
You have the right to “opt in” and “opt out” of certain of our uses of your Personal Information. For example, you may elect to, or elect not to: (1) receive correspondence from us (either on our behalf or on behalf of a third party), or (2) have your Personal Information shared with other entities for marketing purposes. You may make this election by sending an e-mail to Privacy1@fromhomewithlove.com. In your e-mail, state whether: (i) you would like to opt out of receiving promotional correspondence from us in general, or just via e-mail or postal mail, (ii) you would only like to opt out of certain of our mailings, e-newsletters, e-mail alerts or other correspondence, and if so which ones, and/or (iii) you would like to elect for us not to share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Regardless of whether you opt-out of receiving correspondence from us, we may still contact you in connection with your relationship, activities, transactions and communications with us.
Requests to have us discontinue sharing your Personal Information will apply as of the date we review your request, and we will not be responsible for any communications that you may receive from entities that received your Personal Information prior to the date we received such request.

· If you have applied or requested information about becoming a member of Fromhomewithlove’s personnel, to evaluate your qualifications for the desired position and possibly to contact you for further information; and

We will use the Personal Information you provide to the Site, for example, to respond to your requests and to provide you with the services and features offered on or through the Site. We may also use your Personal Information to maintain our internal record keeping. We may also report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report. We may match information collected from you through different means or at different times, including both Personal Information and Site usage information, and use such information along with information obtained from other sources, including third parties. Also, advertisements and other content displayed to you on the Site may be customized to your interests and preferences, based on your Personal Information and Site usage information, including (but not limited to) non-personally identifying information, which we may obtain from you or from other sources.

In the event that Fromhomewithlove is or substantially all of its assets are, acquired by one or more third parties as a result of a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of assets, reorganization or liquidation, such databases containing Personal Information may be one of the transferred assets. In using the Services you consent to such transfer of your Personal Information.
We reserve the right to disclose any information concerning you as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Site properly, or to protect or defend our rights or the rights or well-being of our users or if you are involved (or are reasonably suspected to be involved) in any illegal or harmful activity, even without a subpoena, warrant or court order. We may release certain Personal Information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves. We may also disclose user information in connection with investigations or when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
From time to time, we may be required to provide Personal Information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful.
We may disclose aggregate statistics regarding user behavior as a measure of interest in, and use of, the Site and e-mails to third parties in the form of aggregate data, such as overall patterns or demographic reports that do not describe or identify any individual user.
You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to your postings on message boards or on any public areas of the Site, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards, if any.

Each of these countries has different privacy laws that afford varying levels of protection for your Personal Information. Regardless of the laws in place in these countries, we will treat the privacy of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
HOW DOES THE SITE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use a variety of safeguards to protect the security and integrity of your sensitive Personal Information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction, including making sensitive information available to our employees and agents on a need-to-know basis. For example, depending on your browser’s capabilities, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology supporting up to 256-bit encryption, to protect your credit card information transmitted to or from us during your session at the Site.
Please be careful whenever sending Personal Information to us via e-mail. E-mail is commonly not a secure means of transferring information.
Notwithstanding the above, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle, we cannot guarantee that any information stored on our servers, or transmitted to or from a user, will be free or absolutely safe from unauthorized access or intrusion by others, such as hackers. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

You agree to (a) immediately notify Fromhomewithlove of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. It is your sole responsibility to protect your password, control access to and use of your account, and notify Fromhomewithlove when you desire to cancel your account on the Site. We will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties during or after transmission.
In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you of that. If a notification is appropriate, we would endeavor to do so as promptly as possible under the circumstances, and, to the extent we have your e-mail address, we may notify you by e-mail. You consent to our use of e-mail as a means of such notification.
PHISHING
It has become increasingly common for unauthorized individuals to send e-mail messages to consumers, purporting to represent a legitimate company such as a bank or on-line merchant, requesting that the consumer provide personal, often sensitive information. Sometimes, the domain name of the e-mail address from which the e-mail appears to have been sent, and the domain name of the Web site requesting such information, appears to be the domain name of a legitimate, trusted company. In reality, such sensitive information is received by an unauthorized individual to be used for purposes of identity theft. This illegal activity is known as “phishing.”
If you receive an e-mail or other correspondence requesting that you provide any sensitive information (including your password or credit card information) via e-mail or to a Web site that does not seem to be affiliated with Fromhomewithlove, or that otherwise seems suspicious to you, please do not provide such information, and report such request to us at Privacy1@fromhomewithlove.com.
THIRD PARTIES
When you are on the Site you may have the opportunity to visit, or link to, other sites not operated by us, including other Web sites operated by unaffiliated third parties. We have no control over what information third parties track or collect, and we have no responsibility or liability for any tracking, data collection or other activities of third parties. This Privacy Policy does not address the information practices of such other Web sites.
DOMICILE REQUIREMENT FOR USE OF THE SITE
You represent and warrant that you are domiciled in the United States. You agree that United States law will apply to this Privacy Policy and your Personal Information.
NOTE FOR PARENTS
The Site is not geared towards children, and Fromhomewithlove does not knowingly solicit, collect or maintain any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child under 13 has gained access to the Site without our permission, you may contact us at Privacy1@fromhomewithlove.com. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Site at any time or in any manner. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send Personal Information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or a parent or guardian) to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her Personal Information, and we will then take the appropriate steps to delete such information.
