Meatball Recipe

  • 2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 4 slices Bread (soaked in water)
  • 3 tsp. Chopped parsley
  • ¾ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Fresh basil leaves cut up very small

For best results mix ingredients in separate bowl then add meat.

Bake 20 minutes each side, or until brown. Makes 20 Meatballs.
