Meatball Recipe
- 2 lbs. Ground beef
- 4 slices Bread (soaked in water)
- 3 tsp. Chopped parsley
- ¾ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 4 Fresh basil leaves cut up very small
For best results mix ingredients in separate bowl then add meat.
Bake 20 minutes each side, or until brown. Makes 20 Meatballs.
