Broccoli Casserole:
- 4 (10 ounce) boxes of frozen Chopped Broccoli or 2 (20 ounce) bags of frozen chopped Broccoli
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 small onions
- 1 cup of Mayo
- 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 4 eggs
- 2 sticks of butter
- Ritz Cracker
Cook broccoli just until slightly soft; drain very well (can't be watery). Add all ingredients and mix well. Crush Ritz crackers to cover entire top of casserole and slice 2 sticks of butter and place on top of crackers. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Get ready to wow your guests, and kids. Serves 8 - 10 people.
